Corporations and Associations Law: Principles and Issues, 4th edition, 1999, Butterworths, provided an in-depth analysis of a large number of legislative changes and judicial interpretations of the law relating to corporations and associations since the 3rd edition of this work was published in 1995. More extensive analysis was provided with respect to incorporated non-profit associations, partnership, co-operatives, the law of agency, corporate governance and members’ remedies. Whenever possible, where analysis related to state and territory legislation, detailed cross-referencing was also provided
As with previous editions of this work, the edition was found to be well-regarded and well-received and was prescribed in numerous courses at a number Universities throughout Australia and became a valuable tool for practitioners in this area.
