Essential Commercial Legislation: New South Wales, 1998, 3rd edition, LBC Information Services, contained a collection of commercial law related legislation together with underlining of essential words and sentences designed to give the reader focus when reading select legislative provisions. This book, which was the third edition, formed part of the LBC Essential Legislation series, continued to fill a void in the general availability of key legislation at a time when there was very limited public access mediums for legislation as are in existence today through on-line portals and various loose-leaf specialist services. The Book was very popular with students and law teachers and became an important part of the resources available to students studying commercial law.
