A Guide to Business Law, 12th edition, 1997, LBC Information Services, was the twelfth edition of a number of annually published text books originally published by Law Research Publications (editions 1-10) and later, LBC Information Services (editions 11 and 12), and which contained expanded analysis and commentary on select topics within commercial and business law.
This edition contained chapters on various areas of commercial law including Contract Law, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership, Consumer Protection Laws, Bailment, Debt Recovery, Torts, Negotiable Instruments, Insurance, Bankruptcy, Employment Law, Partnership, Law of associations, Restrictive Trade Practices, Property, Leases and Residential Tenancies, Intellectual Property and Income Tax. The chapters were written particularly for students undertaking various legal subjects in various non-law degree courses in TAFE across Australia.
The Book was accompanied by a stand-alone Study Guide and Computorials that were specially developed by Research Plus Pty Ltd.
